Jack Marand Jack Marand was a character in the film Friday the 13th and the boyfriend of Marcie Stanler.  Jack Marand was hired by Steve Christy to help renovate Camp Crystal Lake for reopening, Jack, his girlfriend Marcie Stanler and their friend Ned Rubenstein arrived at the campgrounds on Friday the 13th in June, 1979.
